sof-hda-dsp: HDMI: IPC3: no multichannel support

We have a bug report in pipewire that https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/issues/4755 about missing multichannel PCM support when sof-hda-dsp driver is used. Multichannel HDMI output works with the legacy HDA driver.

Please, consider to add support for the multichannel output to HDMI PCM in SOF HDA driver.
