SOF needs to support unbind/hot-unplug of the display codec

Old problem of display driver unbind trigger errors when done while audio is in runtime-active state, has resurfaced again this year. See the 2021 thread https://mailman.alsa-project.org/hyperkitty/list/[email protected]/thread/4AUEJSQD7KL6L6LNR47QNZ6PJFZCNSMK/ and recent replied this year.

It now seems consensus is to support card disconnect and this requires SOF support as well.

FYI @bardliao @ujfalusi -- I know prototyping is ongoing with separating HDMI/DP PCMs to a separate card, that would help with this task as well.
