[BUG] HDA controller reset fails during kernel booting in TGLU_SKU0A3E_SDW
Describe the bug On one TGLU SDW device (jf-tglu-sku0a3e-sdw-01), we observed that HDA controller reset failure and DSP failed to probe after system boot. There's no WOV pipeline in the tplg and from the Jenkins log, system reboot process was normal after deployment, no hard reset. The probability of this issue is low, we only observed this issue twice in CI. Test ID:5882 and 5568.
To Reproduce Check dmesg log after system boot.
Reproduction Rate Found this issue twice in past 3 weeks. Tried to reboot the device 10 times, but no reproductions.

This issue can be reproduced with warm reboot stress test(found at 51st, 32nd and 35th).

a) first test to disable SoundWire clock stop mode options snd-sof-intel-hda-common sdw_clock_stop_quirks=1
b) second test to disable SoundWire pm_runtime options soundwire-intel sdw_md_flags=0x02020202
Wondering if the warm reboot with the SoundWire clock stop mode used creates a problem. @bardliao @RanderWang any other suggestions?

This issue still can be reproduced with this option(added this option to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf). Found the error at 100th iteration.
b) second test to disable SoundWire pm_runtime options soundwire-intel sdw_md_flags=0x02020202
Found the error at 38th iteration.

Only observed this issue on model.
Verified this issue one ADLP Dell device, passed 200+ iterations of warm reboot, no reproductions.
Reproduced again on jf-tglu-sku0a3e-sdw-01 daily run 10270. It was on the same jf-tglu-sku0a3e-sdw-01 device as in test runs 5882 and 5568.

The check-sof-logger test runs early in the plan unloaded and reloaded the drivers in the same boot and then all consecutive tests passed.
