broken since update 3.8

Since update 3.8 the authkey is always timed out. After check this files was not updated since last genshin update. I found a new authkey in file :

Program Files/Genshin Impact/Genshin Impact game/GenshinImpact_Data/webCaches/2.13.0.1/Cache/Cache_Data/data_2

but it create new error:

genshin.errors.GenshinException: [-109] app id error

After update on last version the issue on app id error is fixed but for my 3.8 genshin version the path of authkey is always in

Program Files/Genshin Impact/Genshin Impact game/GenshinImpact_Data/webCaches/2.13.0.1/Cache/Cache_Data/data_2

works correctly on 1.7.0
