V-model is showing old value while deleting the content of the editor

When we select the content and press the delete key of the keyboard, the selected content of the editor is deleted but the v-model is showing the old value. The same issue is faced by another user while using the TinyMCE library. : After Select-All, delete key does not delete all selected text. #1531
