Print sizes not correct in FireFox/Safari

The size of the badge when printed is actually smaller than even a US standard business card (3.5" x 2"). ID cards are typically (again, here in the US) 3.375" x 2.125".

The badges were designed to fit into a laminating pouch with the following dimensions: 57mm x 95mm (2-1/4" x 3-3/4")

Weird. When I print them out in Firefox 22 (OS X 10.8.4), they measure 2" x 3-1.5/8" (yes, really). Safari, they measure 1-5/8" x 2-9/16". Chrome 27.0.1453.116, they measure 2-1/8" x 3-3/8". If it matters, this is printing on US Letter paper.

Looks like Chrome does the right thing, Firefox and Safari not so much.

The dimensions in the CSS are using millimeters, so it should size appropriately always. I will do some further testing.

You're welcome to checkout the develop branch. I push changes there as I am testing. So if you wanted to help (which I definitely appreciate) you could get it set up on your local machine with Yeoman and pull develop whenever you see new commits in order to test.

Otherwise, just keep reporting them as you find them, which I also greatly appreciate.
