Provide generic faction logos as defaults

Being in the resistance this is of high priority to me :) When changing faction, the colour and name changes but not the green logo inside the eagle. This should change to the blue key like this http://i2.wp.com/cr0ybot.github.com/ingress-logos/resistance_alt.png

You're supposed to provide your own logo. The Enlightened Phoenix logo is just an example of a logo (used as default).

We should consider this an enhancement request to provide the generic Enlightened Eye and Resistance Shield as default logos depending on chosen faction.

As for implementation, I am thinking a carousel would be good to select a logo. It should cycle through the default (Enlightened Phoenix) and faction (eye/key). If the user uploads a new logo, it should take the place of the Enlightened Phoenix in the carousel. (Phoenix would no longer be selectable). The carousel should be a very simple implementation that integrates directly into the badge (front). Left/right carousel navigation should appear on mouse over. I want to maintain the look of a "complete" badge on the page and keep the UI uncluttered.

• Optionally: we can keep the Enlightened Phoenix always selectable
• Should the faction logos only appear for the selected faction? (i.e. if Enlightened is selected, the Res Key logo is not an option)
• Should we consider keeping X number of uploaded logos cached in the carousel?
