Scrolling is not reversed on Android emulators

This is definitely a niche use case, but I am an Android developer, so I frequently launch device emulators to test from, and use my mouse to navigate through the device.

For this use case, the scroll wheel on my mouse is not properly reversed.

Hopefully there can be a fix for this in the future!
