Translation for parameters

Would be great to require developers to translate gateway parameters. Maybe a method in GatewayInterface? The problem is when I want to provide UI for configurable parameters (apiKey, testMode etc) I have to give a name and description for corresponding fields. There are a lot of gateway specific parameters which cannot be translated in advance.
