Opening any Gui stops Minecraft for a few seconds

Every time i open any kind of Inventory (even the main inventory) stops my Minecraft for 2-7 seconds and gradually over time it adds up in wasted time. I could need some help fixing this since this doesn't happen in any other Modpack.
