Mekanism Reactor Casing Quest

In the Mekanism Reactor Hype quest, the quest book tells you to create 61 reactor casing. However, the quest is a crafting task and each time you craft casing it creates 4. This equates to 244 casing instead of the requested 61, and requires far more resources (976 titanium and refined steel instead of the usual 244), and more time used. Same thing with the reactor port, but on a far smaller scale.
