AE2 Autocrafting and EVAPORATE quest not detecting crafted objects.

I have setup automation for most of my base and particularly to help out with the more complicated crafting recipes like the advanced solar generator.

Since I am not crafting the last step for the objects by hand it seems the objects arent being detected. Is it possible to switch the resource and time intensive quests to being detection quests rather then crafting so that automation can be of use?
