Redstone Early

I noticed that you can get access to Redstone dust early by going into the nether and using a Rod of the molten core from Botania on the Nether Redstone Ore, converting it to normal Redstone Ore. WAILA will still say that it's on the THAUMIUM-Level to be mined, but that isn't true, as I was able to mine it with an unmodified Alumite-Pickaxe. Currently reproducable in version 0.8.4
