Auto Assembler Crash with Infusion Stone

The Auto Assembler from Enhanced Inventories has problems with autocrafting Essences with the Infusion Stones. I had a crash (http://pastebin.com/DvF4Yftv) when putting in the recipe for Strong Essences that actually deleted the Assembler. It seems to have something to do with the fact that the Infustion Stone is not actually consumed by the crafting process.

Could you test if this happens with other recipes involving container items - try use it to craft floral powders from botania?

Crafting Black Floral Powder doesn't crash the game, but it does not autocraft the recipe, regardless of what the Redstone Control is set to. Interestingly, I could not reproduce the crash with the Strong Essences with the Assembler in a spot where it touches no inventories. Moving it to the previous spot (below a vanilla Double Chest and next to the Tinker's Construct Tool Station lead to a crash (http://pastebin.com/TBGVadcn) once I tried to craft anything. Putting the Assembler just next to the Tool Station crashes as well (http://pastebin.com/SCj6spSg). Simply putting it next to a Double Chest does not lead to a crash. Hope this helps :)

This appears to be a cross-mod interaction crash. There is an open issue about it on the Enhanced Inventories Github.
