Missing item in Gear Tab

Missing item Even with enableMasteryProgression set to false, the "Emetic Poison Grenade" is missing.. Could not find it anywhere - it's not a DLC item.

Hitman 3.220.2.0

Close the Peacock server. Then open Tools.cmd, press enter, then send the DEBUG_PROFILE.zip found in the Peacock directory.
