Main things are that the entitlements of the Icon and Landslide have been changed to LOCATION_COASTALTOWN.
The Author is still under the entitlement of H1_LEGACY_EXPANSION.
It was intentionally left unimplemented at the time it was added as we had no idea where they were going with it. We'll implement this at some point.
One issue I can think of if we change all the sapienza missions to use the LOCATION_COASTALTOWN entitlement, older versions of the game from before this entitlement existed will no longer be able to access these missions unless we add some special case.
Agreed. I'm re-doing entitlements right now to allow for better checks to be done. I'll see what I can do about supporting it, I do not want to change the entitlements (although people should've got granted it as it works on official, but not offline on Epic).
Yeah it's a bit weird on epic (just did some testing yesterday), if the server returns that you own either 06d4d61bbb774ca99c1661bee04fbde0 (dubai) or 0b59243cb8aa420691b66be1ecbe68c0 (h1 standard) in GetPlatformEntitlements, the game will just assume that you also own c141ab4a97c44cffb876695ea42fc7c5 (sapienza), and also send that to the server in SetClientEntitlements.
Even though I don't actually own c141ab4a97c44cffb876695ea42fc7c5, this works fine.
