Migration won't start -- keeps telling me to downgrade even when running an older version

Ok, I think I saw one issue with similar problem and the case was closed without comment so not sure what got it fixed for them.

But basically trying 2.10.2, 2.10.0, 2.6.6. same error shows up:

Migration from NZBHydra v1 was removed in version 2.10.3. Please manually download and run the latest version which supports migration, migrate that and then update.

When I go to updates tab, it shows the current version correctly: Current version: 2.6.6

Press Ctrl + F5 in your browser. The old UI resources may be still cached.
