Option to load limit only on update queries

I have a couple of indexers that have low API limits. For those, I have the option of load limiting or the option of limiting their use to certain types of searches (internal only, all but update queries, etc) in order to run out of their API limits less frequently.

It would be useful to have an option to set the load limiting only to the update queries so they still get run sometimes throughout the day but then they can get called for all searches.
