Daytime videos in the morning/day and nighttime videos in the evening/night

Hello, please would it be possible implement an option where only daytime videos play in the morning and day and only nighttime videos play in the evening and night.

When I get daytime videos appearing at night, my whole living lights up brightly which can be quite blinding.
