ENH: Allow dropping of file into entire Electron Taxonium window

Right now it's a bit tricky to load a jsonl.gz file into Electron taxonium as it's not possible to drop into the entire window: I need to drop it on the button which is fairly small and often covered by spotlight.

By the way the load is now amazingly fast... Truly blazing performance 🎉
