ENH: Include branch from root of tree in Nextstrain exported Auspice json

It would be nice if there was a mutation annotated branch from root to the root node of the subtree so that Auspice can highlight reversion mutations - this requires knowledge about the mutations that happen on the path from root to subtree-root node. Shouldn't be too difficult to produce.
