ENH: Allow scrolling mode to actually scroll - rather than zoom

I often want to browse a tree without changing zooming settings.

Right now I always need to click and drag to do this. It would be nice if one could scroll - or maybe even use space reminiscent of the usage of space bar as a scrolling shortcut.
