This is an interesting case: https://twitter.com/wpstubs/status/496130737070829568

A B-class article already included in multiple WikiProjects was recently added to another WikiProject unassessed, which triggered a "new stub" message. We should think of some simple heuristic to avoid this issue.

The actual issue is that a redirect was tagged, see https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Autism_Treatment&oldid=619759391.

We should probably just ignore all wikiproject tags that have class=redirect (as well as class=disambiguation, I think).
