People are more likely to have forename and surnames together than they are to have surname and geo data together.
Since the data is already there, examine the possibility of updating surname probability with forname.
Would it make sense to have some sort of generic system to combine models without having logic in each that's a bit repetitive?
This would also allow moving functions that are somewhat model specific (like _get_prob_race_given_first_name()) from the base_model level down to their parent model level.
