Add icons to extensions

Add a vercel icon to the two extensions.

• create an assets directory
• add an icon file there
• add an icon property in package.json

Actually, styled-jsx doesn't have icons, so yeah we might use the ▲ Vercel icons instead. We might use this one: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vercel/next.js/canary/packages/create-next-app/templates/default/public/favicon.ico
