Unfriendly handover of survey to another person

When passing control of the survey to another person, I want to provide:

• an indication of who the message is from.
• a personal message (e.g. Hi Grace, please complete the "Is this data referenced from your own publications" question.)
• The dataset name
• A suggested next action (e.g. When your done, please publish the certificate)
