Enable portal owners to report on their certificates

Is there a more efficient way to report on certificates earned by organisations within a portal than downloading the complete set of certificates as a CSV file from the Dataset page?

I would like to make a regularly updated performance scorecard as suggested on the ODI Queensland - Wear your badge with pride page.
