Determine Country/Jurisdiction based on Geo IP lookup

Suggest or determine which jurisdiction the questionnaire should be filled in for based on the browsers origin.

MaxMind GeoIP database is free and semi decent. http://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2/
