No way to update schema file via UI

I have published a dataset. I wanted to update the original schema I specified in the Add dataset page. On the Edit page there is no option to delete or change the schema.

Thinking about this a little; what would happen to existing data if you edited the schema? Should editing a schema leave the old version in place and add a new one as well? How should things adapt to changes in schema version. For that matter, how do we version schemas?
