Jack, Reset and Emergency Call Units are used within the ward environment, positioned at the patient bedhead and typically within A&E bed cubicles, day and treatment rooms. Upon raising a call the reset push illuminates to reassurance the patient and to assist staff in identifying the origin of the call.
