VS2019 support

I have no idea what's involved in supporting a new Visual Studio version, but boy would it be great to have this extension in VS2019!

Hi,

I add support of VS2019 in the branch universal-ctags. This branch include many new features. The last build can be downlod here https://ci.appveyor.com/api/buildjobs/vl577q3183iv5hiw/artifacts/VS-QuickNavigation%2Fbin%2FRelease%2FVS-QuickNavigation.vsix

But I need to make some change for compatibility issues with next version of VS2019.

I added support of VS 2022 if you like. It's on the async branch and a prerelease is available. https://github.com/thennequin/VS-QuickNavigation/releases/tag/0.9.121
