preventDragOnEventCreation issue

There is an option for calendar called 'preventDragOnEventCreation', if I understand it right, is should be prevent after click and drag in calendar creation of event. I tried it out (set this option as true) in weekcalendar_demo_2.html, and it created an event of 2 time slots (which length is by default calendar options).
