User custom fields per role

Find a way to add user custom fields based on role(s). If the defined role do not exists, simply don't add the custom fields. If no roles are defined, the custom fields are applied to any type of users.

There seems to be a challenge with the "add new user" screen where a role is not yet defined and a user not yet created. There is a need to update the custom fields based on chosen role before user creation...
