Kvantum theme exports for Materia and Arc

Kvantum QStyle doesn't support inheriting colors from qt5ct/qt6ct/Plasma, however there are excellent Kvantum ports of Materia and Arc by Papirus Development Team:

• https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/arc-kde The colors of an application theme are defined in .kvconfig files inside their respective subdirectories. The color-schemes directory is responsible for coloring plasma shell and window decorations only.
