Smart Search not working

Visit kgs-stock.com and try to search

Hi. On my website I use digicom as main component. But I have a problem with search. Even in the background, everything configurated normally. Well here is search plugins in my website http://prntscr.com/hbrsmr

I indexed everything in smart search component and create filter http://prntscr.com/hbrtim ]http://prntscr.com/hbrtvx

I also set Joomla smart search module and set filter http://prntscr.com/hbruit

It seems I set everything normal but when trying to search with module it can't find anything. Actually, I tried to use search in your templates demo websites and it seems it is not working either.

same issue, search does not find any of the products in the Digicom Store www.localisingfood.com

Hi, Can you try one thing? reopen your products and save them. because your products are not indexed when the plugin was turned off! so try them and let me know if you can see them in your indexed content from finder component.

then try searching from site. thanks
