Add custom URL option in "After payment go to" setting

There is a setting "After payment go to" in back-end. I'd request to add 3rd option "custom URL". It means buyer will be redirected at custom URL, i.e. /order-complete which might be com_content article with message "thank you for your ordering, here are some links for you to get started, etc".

Additional comment: Custom URL is preferable instead of com_content ID since the site owner can use CCK instead of the standard com_content component.
