AcyMailing integration plugin

I request to create a plugin with following settings:

• Add to Mailing list (on Subscription Active) : specify the list of AcyMailing which will be assigned on Active subscription status.
• Add to Mailing list (on Subscription Hold): -//-
• Add to Mailing list (on Subscription Expire): - //-

These notifications will increase an interaction between seller and buyer and can help the buyer to get started. And of course, such rules must be optional for each product. This is not a must-have, but will be a nice add-on for Digicom.
