Topic lesson and orders not always working

Next and Previous links on a lesson don't always link to the correct Lesson or Quiz, and will default to the last Lesson or Quiz in the topic.

Temporary fix

Rearrange the order, save, and then change it back.

Thanks for noticing this issue now we are working on it and hopefully this issue will be resolve in the next release probably in v1.8.7 thank you again.
