Upgrades to React 18 and fixes minor bugs

Will need to test this tomorrow with my local install. I have built everything and things seem to work. There are new files created that aren't commited in this PR:

kirki-packages/field-dimensions/dist/preview.css
kirki-packages/field-dimensions/dist/preview.css.map

Also, I have not commited changes to the dist files so I don't clutter this up until after testing.
