No reset/empty option in select control

Issue description:

There is no option in select control to reset it or make it empty.

This is bad with Kirki_Helper::get_posts helpers. Once you select something, you can not reset it to default (for example back to empty).

It was fully functional in v3

I've had a lot of people complain about this issue as well. Would be nice to get it fixed. Currently there is no way to go back to unselected after selecting a category for example.
