When a repeater field is opened, can it be auto-closed once another repeater is opened?

Issue description:

The repeater fields fills up the screen pretty fast since they don't auto-close when you create another repeater. It's a small detail, but I think it would be a nice addition.

So that would mean only 1 repeater open at all times.

Marking as a feature request for 3.1. This will be easier once all the fields have been rewritten (I'm about halfway there I think)
