Running into the same issue I think. Initially thought it was Nginx subfolder related but leaning towards something to do with 2.15s 'new gui'

Portainer did a whole UI overhaul so it's probably needing a brand new theme from the ground up basically.

Would this be the base css for portainer that would need to be rebuilt?

I am interested in contributing but may lack the level of CSS knowledge required.
