So I think the "editor" got this change, and not the "after snap instant editor". I currently just disabled the right click as I am way more prone to hitting...

Confirmed, Enter actuates the current action. And if you are at the normal arrow tool it just closes everything which is weird since the default action for the "arrow" tool...
