Matters server needs to get feed updates from IPNS and then ingest the changes into the database.

Some changes needed:

  • A new cronjob that polls for new CID from IPNS, and updates the database for changes in content accordingly.
  • Matters.News needs to support accounts directly ingested from Planet. These accounts do not have Matters.News specific display name nor user name, but could have ENS instead.
