Upload missing data to this thread. Items that are needed are:

  • 2005 photos/wiring diagrams of the michine
  • 2010 photo of the deck of cards
  • 2015 photo of the deck of cards, original. We have the photo after two more cards were added.

I don't have a screenshot, however I do have the state of the deck when I first solved 2015 8B (if you want to re-create the original photo). The 6 of diamonds and the 7 of spades were both missing originally.

I have to agree, the 16 missing cards were Club 2, 8, 10, J, Q Diamond 6, 8, 9, K Hearts 2, 5 Spades 6, 7, 9, 10, J

I did have to join the top and bottom halves together but the only way I could have got them was by copy from given images so I don't know why the non transparency - the full solution deck is not at full trans either but better

I have some pretty good image editing software, if you prefer to upload the pieces and let me do the work.

Just took a look - the cards you are showing for 2015 are also like the one I have just posted? Can you not work on those?

Below I've listed what I have. It's going to take me a little time to collect them together.

X 2001 official hints X 2002 poster

2002 GIFs of the texts (we know they exist) ##I made PDF's of webpages (all ciphertext ok but plaintext answers for 5, 6, 8, 9, 12 and 14 no good, webpage didn't load properly, back then my internet was via a USB dongle using the 1st Gen mobile network) to finish turning them into PNG's

2003 GIFS of the texts (we know they exist) ##I have the 2 Egyption glyphs (TO EDIT THESE)

2005 GIFs of the ciphertexts and plaintexts (we only have a few) ##Have PDF's of web pages showing only plaintext with images of course.

X 2006 GIFs of the ciphertexts

2007 GIFs of the ciphertexts and plaintexts (we only have 0A and 0B and plaintexts for 8A and 8B) ##Only got 1B ciphertext

X 2008 parts 1A and 1B from the challenges that appeared in the forum X 2008 GIFs of the ciphertexts and plaintexts (we only have 8A and 8B plaintexts)

2009 GIFs of the ciphertexts and plaintexts (we only have 8A and 8B) ##Have all these as PNGs ***

2010 GIFs of the ciphertexts and plaintexts (we only have 8A and 8B) ##Have all ciphertext only **** (and PDF's of plaintext as B overlaying A)

2010 part 8B: Jokers.pdf ("Harry's Jokers"), a file of the playing cards ##Have these ***

2010 Harry's Game: all ciphertexts ##Have these ***

2012 Harry's Game (following the 2011 competition): any ciphertexts after 2B ##Have 2012 3B (unsolved by me) ***

For 2015 what I have are the first release of the deck, plus the next two releases. I had to edit two of those files to make them, from lists of cards from other users. If you have lists of cards for later releases, I can reconstruct the images.

ps. If you send PDFs, I can extract the images easily with a utility I have; no need for you to do that step.
