SMLoadr v1.20.0 doesn't download Flac files from deezer Hi-fi account

Today SMLoadr v1.20.0 stopped download deezer's flac files, because "Deezer doesn't provide the song anymore". Instead I can download new music in 320 mp3 and even in Flac stuff I've already downloaded

Support and the product have been discontinued and will not be further developed. Perhaps one takes over the further development.

How can I compile the 1.25.0 SMLoader for Windows? I have access to a forked repository but the official Wiki page for instructions has been taken down
