Refreshing all gta3.img's tex dictionaries makes the player skinned clump be unbuilt?

Steps to reproduce the bug:

  • Extract all texture dictionaries from gta3.img and put then as a job for Mod Loader.
  • Run the game.
  • Disable all those dictionaries (through the menu).
  • CJ should look like this now. It's the pure player.dff file without the skinned clump built. Why?
