Add .gitignore to english-lang

To save compilation time, and a faster compilation. We need a .gitignore or a .langignore file. Adding a .gitignore which contains:

• Most notorious word "hmm..." which compiles to nothing.
• Expecting some more additions from the community.
• Also, rename this to .langignore ?
