Need to migrate the tlp-stress tool from Bintray to Cloudsmith

Currently the TLP-Stress documentation still points to Bintray and when I checked the CloudSmith thelastpickle Namespace, I don't see the tlp-stress tool repo listed there.

Do we have a new link to download and install the rpm? I got status code 403 from dl.bintray.com:

yum install tlp-stress Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'bintraybintray-thelastpickle-tlp-tools-rpm':

as per documentation tarball installations are pointing to "bintray" and links are broken, looking for tarball installation on mac/linux, someone please check this
