UI render bug for multiple datacenters

We added (2) new datacenters, one with (3) nodes and one with (12). The new datacenters do not render correctly

Inspecting with chrome, I see all three dataceteners show up (us-east, us-east-dc0, us-east-ops)

If I change the width via chrome tools from 9.9688e-05% to 99% it does work

There's dynamic sizing happening based on the data size in each DC. We should set a minimum size though to avoid such renderings.
